At BeverlyWear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Return

Step 1

Include your order number and reason for the return.

Step 2

Our support team will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Step 3

Carefully package your item and ship it using a trackable shipping method.

Step 4

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking information, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without proof of delivery.


Refund Processing

After the returned item has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused upon delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and handling costs from the refund amount.

Cancellation Window

Please include your order number in the request.

After Processing Begins

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation is no longer possible.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item received
